Meet the Owner
With more than 15 years of experience and a Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from Clemson University, Kevin Shealey brings together a deep appreciation for nature, thoughtful design, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Kevin’s connection to the landscape industry began early. His father served as Director of Landscaping at a high-end golf resort for more than 20 years, while his mother spent more than four decades teaching at a private high school. Growing up with both a passion for the outdoors and an appreciation for education and attention to detail, Kevin naturally developed a career that combines creativity, design, and the hands-on art of landscape construction.
After completing graduate school in 2010, Kevin returned to Charleston, South Carolina, to begin his professional career. With the economy still recovering from the market crash, finding the right opportunity wasn't easy. He eventually joined a small landscape company as a laborer, where he started at the ground level—maintaining properties, pulling weeds, and doing the work that often goes unnoticed.
That experience became the foundation for everything that followed. Through hard work, perseverance, and a willingness to learn every aspect of the business, Kevin quickly advanced through the company, gaining valuable hands-on experience before eventually becoming General Manager.
In 2016, Kevin and his family relocated to Chattanooga, Tennessee. A year later, in April 2017, he founded Full Circle Land Design with a simple goal: to provide Chattanooga-area homeowners with honest, reliable service and exceptional landscape design and construction.
Today, Kevin continues to be personally involved in the design and development of each project, bringing together his landscape architecture background, hands-on construction experience, and passion for creating outdoor spaces that are both beautiful and meaningful. We are fully licensed and insured with a professional, hard working staff that prides itself with providing excellent service and quality workmanship.
